There is free parking, rooms are relatively small, breakfast is ok, the surroundings of the hotel are beautiful, and there are some facilities for children to play. It is suitable for families with children.

Only one exception: rooms above the Luna bar might not suit guests who going to bed 20:00. The noise from the bar's terrace continues till 23:00 or longer on weekend nights. Bedding is excellent. Bathroom has shower and bathtub. Very nice decor. Breakfast restaurant has a dissent variety of choices. Pastries are of a very good quality. The hotel staff and its manager Daniel are so professional and work miles to accommodate your requests. Thank you agin. we will be back!

Stayed here for 3 nights. Rooms are spacious and clean. There are many activities and also a good spa (had a great massage there). Food from buffet is not really hot. Lunch (order from menu) is very good. Game drive; we were a little disappointed there a many vehicles on the road and when you see something then you have to wait because all vehicles are in line.. previous we went to a private game reserve and this was a very different experience because they can go ofroad so you come very close to the animals. So overall a pleasant stay but if you can chose I would recommend a private game reserve for game drives. Staff at reception could be more friendly! Staff from bar & restaurant very friendly.

Its more of a place to visit in summer or during warmer conditions though, because there is next to nothing to do if you're there during winter, especially if you're there with kids. Granted it was a nice breather from the buzz of Jozi, but thats literally all it has to offer. The staff and service as well as facilities are amazing, everything else is appreciated. Can hear the noise all night don't know what machine in the hotel is causing it. Bathroom: toilet and shower The bathtub is very small, the hot and cold water is not well adjusted, and the bathrobe is too old. Restaurant: Buffet in the morning and in the evening. There are not many things to accept in the morning. You can sit outside and face the swimming pool to feed the birds. They like to eat grapes. The quality of the buffet at night is very poor and it is not recommended to eat. You can go to the grill room next to you to eat, remember to make an appointment, that location is great for taking pictures, bonfire + dinner. Travel: The hotel has a fixed number of buses to pick you up to the area you want to go to the resort. If you drive by yourself, you can only park your car at the hotel. There is basically no parking space outside and you cannot drive in the park by yourself. Summary: If you come to Sun City, South Africa, this hotel is worth staying, and it is worthy of the 5-star feeling. But don't be too demanding about the food. The overall score is 7.8, which is one of the must-see items when you come to South Africa.

What a fantastic place for a family and especially children. We had a fantastic time and could relax because the children enjoyed themselves so much. All the staff were amazing and helpful. A huge shout out to the house keeping team. They are truly a phenomenal secret. The rooms were meticulously cleaned and restocked with tea and coffee etc and the little treats left each night were appreciated . Their honesty is also highly commendable. Many thanks indeed. We felt spoilt by them. The restaurant was most enjoyable and we enjoyed all the food which seemed to be in abundance. On the financial side this is real value for money as it includes game drives into the national park a big plus.
