🐉 Casa Batlló | Gaudí's Deep-Sea Fairytale Straight lines belong to man, curves belong to God. The House of Bones on Passeig de Gràcia holds the ancient legend of Saint George slaying the dragon. The undulating roof like dragon scales, the balconies shaped like bones—stepping inside, one is instantly transported to a flowing underwater wonderland. Sunlight filters through stained glass, light and shadow ripple across the walls like water—a century-old romance slowly awakens between the curves.

Worth a visit to admire the work of Antony Gaudi. The tallest church in the world that is yet to be completed. We did not need to queue long to enter the church. Admission allowed, 30 minutes before your set time too. Audio guide is easily downloaded and used with your own earbud

After leaving the Prado Museum, we rushed to the Royal Palace of Madrid. Allow 30 minutes for walking, or about 10 minutes by taxi. The palace is magnificent and solemn on the outside, and extremely luxurious inside. The tour route is simple; a guide led us through more than a dozen rooms, focusing on the historical background, paintings, and uses—clear, interesting, and taking less than an hour and a half. After the tour, you can sit on the steps of the palace square, watch street performances, have a drink, and relax.

It's best to go for photos when the sun is shining. They offer free audio guides with headphones, which is very convenient. They even have Chinese-language audio guides available. You can see the Sagrada Familia from the rooftop. Pretty good.

The Malaga Museum is very large, divided into levels -1 to 0, 1st floor, and 2nd floor. It houses many world-famous paintings and sculptures, many donated by individuals or charities, and some from museum collections. The Prado Museum in Madrid is aptly named one of the world's four most famous museums. It's crowded with visitors, mainly from Europe and America, but also from Japan and South Korea. I didn't see any Chinese tour groups, but there were many individual visitors. Without a guide, many works are difficult to understand. Photography is prohibited, and each room is staffed primarily to prevent people from taking pictures. If you don't have a guide, you can rent an audio guide with Chinese language support for 5 euros. The audio guide is small, about the size of a touchscreen phone; you can hear Chinese narration by entering the artwork's description number. There's so much content that you could easily spend several hours seeing it all; I recommend focusing on the more famous works. However, the museum isn't very Chinese-friendly; while there are many language options, there's no Chinese version, which is inconvenient for Chinese visitors unfamiliar with the layout. Fortunately, there are English guidebooks and signs, so you can still complete the visit. Backpacks are not allowed, but there are free storage facilities inside the museum, which is quite convenient.

A hidden gem in Barcelona's Gothic Quarter. This museum offers an exceptional exhibition from beginning to end and is truly a must-see. While Picasso's masterpieces are the main attraction, the temporary and featured exhibitions are equally impressive. The museum is beautifully curated, and the admission fee is very reasonable, making it one of the best cultural experiences I have ever had.

The Palau de la Música Catalana (Palace of Music in Catalonia), a work by Louis Domenech Montaner, Gaudí's teacher; and the Sant Pau Art Nouveau Site (Hospital Sant Pau, built a century ago). Both are must-see attractions in Barcelona, ​​and I highly recommend buying a combined ticket, which is much cheaper than buying them separately. The Palau de la Música Catalana requires a pre-booked time slot, while the Hospital Sant Pau allows for flexible scheduling.

It's Gaudí's debut work and the starting point of modernist architecture in Barcelona. Compared to the romance of Casa Batlló, this place is full of the fusion of Islamic and Japanese styles. The walls covered in marigold tiles, the exquisite wrought-iron birdcage windows, and the dreamy smoking room create a strong visual impact. Moreover, it's relatively less crowded, making for a very comfortable experience.

Great experience! Beautiful Cathedral. Was not over crowded. The rooftop views were amazing.
