Things to do in Barnstable County

Cape Cod National Seashore is very beautiful if you travel there. The coastline is very long and well maintained. There are many trails for hiking, which is also a refreshing choice.

The museum provides additional context and rounds out the narrative. The artifacts are fascinating and one can't help but feel deeply about the hardships and dangers of the journey. The variety of exhibits allows young children to grasp the story. See my photos for more details.

When I came to Cape Cod, I specifically searched for the visitor center. There is a bus stop in front of the visitor center. If you drive here, there is also a parking lot in front of the door. There are many parking spaces and it is convenient to park. Behind the visitor center is a 1.5mle swamp landscape trail. The staff specifically recommended this trail, saying that you can take a walk along the river. There are also picnic seats next to the trail, just right for eating while looking at the river view. In the summer, there will be outdoor exhibitions here. On sunny days, the river is in full view, and the white clouds are reflected in the water. You can come to check in during the day or at dusk.
