Grand Canyon National Park

Grand Canyon National Park is located in the northwestern part of Arizona, USA. It is a massive canyon carved by the Colorado River over millions of years on the Colorado Plateau: the canyon stretches over 400 km, with a vertical drop from the rim to the bottom of nearly two km. The exposed layers of red, orange, and yellow rock on the cliffs resemble an open book of geological history, with the oldest rocks at the bottom dating back approx. 1.8 billion years. The park is divided into two main visiting areas—the South Rim and the North Rim—which face each other across the canyon but require several hrs of driving to travel between them. • Two parks in one: South rim and north rim • The red and yellow rock layers give the Grand Canyon its majestic and extraordinary appearance. The north rim is less developed with far fewer travelers than the south rim, making it more popular among backpackers and camping enthusiasts who prefer tranquility. However, it has higher elevation and is often closed due to heavy snow in winter, typically only open from mid-may to mid-october. Winter travel is mostly limited to the south rim. Additionally, the popular "west rim skywalk" in the travel market is located in the hualapai indian reservation outside the park and is not the same as this area. Be sure to check the itinerary details before booking to avoid going to the wrong place. △ Open year-round, with approx. 90% traveler capacity. It is highly recommended to visit in spring, summer and fall. △ The northern edge of the park has a smaller developed area, accommodating approx. 10% of travelers. It is seasonally open from May 15 to October 15. Compared to other areas, it is more suitable for stay and camping, making it highly popular among adventure backpackers.Coconino County · >100km from downtown

Lower Antelope Canyon is definitely worth a visit. We were lucky to have a great guide, Joanna from Ken's Tour. Hope I spelled her name correctly. Here's a picture of her. She was very efficient in teaching us how to adjust our camera settings and helped us take photos. For the last photo, she asked everyone what language they spoke and said "seahorse" in Chinese. Joanna took all the particularly good, wallpaper-worthy photos and also offered to take group photos for everyone. A good guide makes this trip even more perfect.

Grand Canyon National Park is a truly spectacular place that leaves you amazed from the moment you arrive. The endless canyon views, dramatic cliffs, and beautifully layered rocks create a landscape unlike anywhere else. Every viewpoint offers a different perspective, especially during sunrise and sunset when the colors become incredibly vibrant. Walking along the rim feels peaceful while surrounded by such immense natural beauty. For adventure lovers, the hiking trails provide an unforgettable way to experience the canyon up close. It is a perfect destination for nature, photography, and exploration. If you could visit, would you choose sunrise or sunset?

Definitely worth seeing! To see the golden sand pillars effect, you need to go during the dry season. We came in late October, and it had rained the previous two days, so the sand was wet and didn't create the desired effect. However, overall, the scenery is stunning. Our guide was a young Navajo native in his late twenties; his English was excellent, and he was quite patient. He even helped us take photos at various points along the way. Thumbs up! 👍👍

Perhaps the service there is always like that, because I didn't really enjoy any service. It was too hot and there wasn't a place to rest. I even swallowed some sand, and there was no water to wash it off. But the scenery was truly beautiful. I think going once is worthwhile, but not going at all wouldn't be a regret. No videos were allowed, so I only have pictures.

Route 66 is an old, worn-out asphalt road, cracked in some sections with weeds sprouting from the gaps. Occasionally, an abandoned gas station stands by the roadside, its sign rusted but still standing, its pump covered in dust. Driving into a small town, the neon lights outside old restaurants don't work during the day, and old photos and broken guitars are displayed in the windows. Next to it, an old Chevrolet, rusted to its frame, sits there like a sculpture. There's hardly anyone around; the wind whistles through the road signs, creating a desolate atmosphere.

Horseshoe Bend – A Stunning Natural Curve of the Colorado RiverHorseshoe Bend is one of Arizona’s most breathtaking natural landmarks, located near Page along the Colorado River. This spectacular viewpoint reveals a dramatic horseshoe-shaped curve carved deep into the sandstone canyon over millions of years. Standing on the edge of the towering cliffs, visitors are rewarded with incredible panoramic views of the emerald-green river winding far below. The short hike to the overlook is easy and scenic, making it accessible for many travelers. Sunrise and sunset are especially magical, as the canyon walls glow with warm colors, creating a truly unforgettable experience for nature lovers and photographers. 🌄📸

羚羊峽谷X(Antelope Canyon X),沒錯就是Windows電腦桌面! 羚羊峽谷X(Antelope Canyon X),沒錯就是Windows電腦桌面!
