It was a full-day tour, and despite the heavy traffic on Friday and the fall foliage season, we were able to enjoy the tour without any difficulties thanks to our guide, Wonyang. We had a large group, but he was very attentive, and although the driver was tired, he was kind and helpful, even offering helpful photo spots and explanations. It was a truly enjoyable trip. Wonyang is coming to Jeonju next week, so I hope you make some wonderful memories.★

The tour was great. It was only 4 people and the driver was very nice. We didn’t see the mountain as it was cloudy, but we were taken to all the amazing places you could potentially see it. Worth the money, as you don’t have to wait for 50+ people from a bus tour!★

The lakes are pretty and we managed to catch a good glimpse of Mount Fuji at one of the attractions. Our guide, Tracy is an enthusiastic, energetic, accommodating and responsible guide. She organised ice breaker to inject some fun elements and helped to take photos. Our driver is friendly. Transport vehicle is a van not the regular coach probably because there is only about 20 of us. The seats are uncomfortable and felt cramped (e.g. little leg room with not much overhead compartment space). One tourist had a luggage which had to be placed in the middle of the walkway of the van. He thought there will be storage space usually provided in a regular coach.★
