Everything went great. I booked and paid through the secure payment system, and received a booking confirmation within 10-15 minutes. We arrived at the office 45 minutes later, received our ticket, waited a bit, and then were off. The seats were adjustable, all the lights worked, and there were two chargers. Overall, it was very comfortable.

Fortunately, we managed to resolve the issue smoothly by contacting them online before departure, and the extra amount was immediately refunded in cash. The drivers who picked us up were also very polite and courteous, which made us feel at ease.


