The transfer arrived on time, and we arrived comfortably. I was the only Russian-speaking person in the group, and I didn't speak English. Despite this, the staff did everything they could to ensure my comfortable stay. They gave me all the information they explained in Russian. They used gestures when needed and were very helpful. The elephants are kept in wonderful conditions. Interacting with them was a truly emotional experience. The staff helped take photos and videos as souvenirs. Complimentary bottled water and lunch were provided.
Reviews: Private Tour | Damnoen Saduak Floating Market + Maeklong Railway Market with Free Soft Drinks

Everything was great. It was a private tour, just the two of us and the guide. The guide was a sweetheart, incredibly kind and positive. He didn't tell us much along the way, and we weren't particularly interested anyway. He took us to all the places we were supposed to, showed us around, and told us about them. Overall, we loved it, and I highly recommend him!
Reviews: Bangkok: Damnoen Saduak Floating Market & Maeklong Railway Market One Day Trip

It was a lovely day, it's a shame we couldn't stay longer at the market on the tracks in the morning, especially since we were supposed to see the train twice. We didn't have time to see everything, and I could have done without the stop to get a drink and see two water buffaloes in the mud, which wasn't even on the original itinerary. Also, the day was scheduled to end at 5 pm, and we got back around 3 pm. It would be nice to have more time at the market and the train, and to have lunch around noon rather than 11 am; at times, I felt like I was in a timed sprint. Otherwise, the organization was perfect, and the guide was great, even if I didn't always understand everything she said verbally. Luckily, WhatsApp and Google Translate were there to help! 😉

The arrangements were quite reasonable. The train arrived at the station at 11:10 and departed at 11:30. We arrived a little after 10:00 and met up at 11:50. The same applied to the floating market; we had about an hour to walk around the shore before being taken on a rowboat. The market wasn't very big, and the rowboats were actually more comfortable than the motorboats, which were noisy and produced a lot of exhaust fumes. The tour guide contacted us the day before, and the driver picked us up the next day. We could buy whatever we wanted to eat, without any extra charges or forced shopping—very nice.
