Overall, my partner and I really enjoyed the trip. It was probably a once in a lifetime opportunity to do mount Titlis, and after working through our fears, it was an amazing experience! The views were breathtaking and the snow tubing was AWESOME! Our tour guide (Gabriel) and the driver were very friendly and helpful throughout the day. Would definitely recommend.★

Information about funding the correct bus and driver could be improved as there are multiple companies at that station. Bus and driver was escorting multiple trips at the same time. He was late picking us up in Lucerne. Five of us were cold and it was dark and we did not know if the driver was coming. We had to call.
