We had the BEST day with Joni as our driver! He was amazing — so friendly, patient, always on time, and a very safe driver. From the start, he explained the whole plan for the day and even taught us about Balinese culture and temple rules, which made the experience so much more meaningful.
He constantly checked if we were okay, made sure we didn’t leave anything behind, opened and closed the doors for us, and took the most beautiful photos!★

We’ve got great memories from our trip to Ubud that will stay with us for a long time! Booking the trip the day before, everything was organised fast and without any fuss. We discussed our preferable itinerary with the driver in advance, and the journey was just great. We visited 5 locations: monkey forest, rice terraces, Tirta Empul temple, Luwak coffee house where we had lunch, and Kanto Lampo waterfall. At each place we were given 1-1,5 hours of spare time to explore and feel the special vibe of the place, so though the trip started at 7:30, by the evening we weren’t tired at all. And we’d also like to express our gratitude to our driver Anom, who is very professional, polite, helpful and punctual. We felt very comfortable during our drive with him 🙏🏻★

My Ubud day trip booked through Ctrip far exceeded my expectations! Tukad Cepun Waterfall, our first stop, was stunning—a must-see! The Ubud Royal Palace still houses royalty, and the monkeys at the Sacred Monkey Forest are incredibly intelligent. Private car service throughout the trip, and the driver's excellent service—highly recommended!★

This is the first time I've written a serious review on Ctrip, something I almost never do. I was initially worried about the price, but aside from a slight delay of over 20 minutes at the hotel because we hadn't coordinated pick-up time via WeChat, everything else was fantastic. The hotel provided hot coffee at the transfer station before the jeep ride up the mountain. Special praise to Nyoman and his granddaughter! Our group of six traveled in two cars, and despite the heavy rain the night before, Nyoman drove very steadily. Upon arrival, he meticulously took many beautiful photos of us, checking each one carefully to ensure it looked good. We also witnessed breathtaking volcanic rock formations, marveling at the wonders of nature. A truly satisfying trip! We were so happy! Everyone tipped us at the end. ^_^★

Definitely recommended! It is worth the price! The driver Kadek was polite, nice and kind. He is very experienced and drives carefully. He would listen to our itinerary and follow it with no rush and no pressure, and he would also recommend places. He was very patient and didn’t talk too much (which I appreciate). I booked for 12 hours but it’s too much and we all felt tired including the driver, which is understandable, so we concluded the trip 3 hours in advance which we didn’t mind.★
