Departed Ho Chi Minh City at 8:25, crossed the border at 11:20, departed at 12:30, and arrived in Phnom Penh at 16:35. There was a break along the way. The guide handled the immigration procedures for us, which made it easy.

Comfortable and wide cabin. Nice touch by service counter in providing motion sickness pills, was able to avoid sickness and sleep well with that.

Overall, everything was fine. The bus was clean, the restroom worked, and we stopped at several stations along the way. Everyone was given pillows, a blanket, water, and a small snack. However, my friends and I were separated into different buses when we arrived at the station. We were put on a bus that left 15 minutes early.

Fairly easy to book. Just go to the ferry and show them the qr and they will print a ticket for you. The ferry is clean and fast. But not for people with seasick. The waves can get quite rough and the whole journey is bumpy.
