To avoid the tourist crowds, it's best to book in the morning for 9:00 AM. It was incredibly pleasant; the temperature was mild, and we had the pleasure of visiting the tower and the cathedral without much of a wait. The prices are good through the website.

We went to Lugano and Lake Como because the tour wasn't available. But it was absolutely perfect, our guide was wonderful.

The guy was super knowledgeable of the train system and was able to make sure we got to see all the cities, even though the trains were not running on the regular schedules. The ferry ride in the afternoon was amazing.


