Flor was very kind and always attentive to us, and Costas' explanations were excellent. We also congratulate them on conducting the tour in two languages simultaneously.★

It was nice to see whole madrid with 2 kind of tour, historical and modern. Unfortunately there’s no more hop on hop off tour anymore and it is said that its included here.★

We both took the city sightseeing tours and were absolutely thrilled. The routes were very interesting and informative, and the guides were consistently friendly and helpful. Our only criticism was that it wasn't possible to get off at certain stops to take a closer look at individual sights. We found this disappointing, as that would have made the tour perfect. Overall, though, a highly recommended experience!
