Reviews: From Manchester: North Wales, Snowdonia, and Chester Tour

The trip was superb! It was sunny day in December and we got to see everything on the itinerary (and even some other stuff that wasn’t ;D) I had never been to Wales so I had been building up what that would look like and it met all my expectations. As tiny feedback - when we discussed cuisine from Wales - I think it would be nice to get to se it visually on paper (as we were shown the Welsh flags). I tried to write down some of the foods mentioned but A) would’ve been nice to know restaurant recommendations + B) see visually what they are and how to spell the name of these items. Also - the longest town name is one of my top places I’ve always wanted to visit! I know it’s already jam packed but we passed by so close to it 😭 so close yet so far I would definitely recommend anyone who’s thinking to go to Wales - to do this tour! So worth it!! (But check whether, Wales is more rainier than u may think)

Great trip highlighting Northern Wales and Chester. Was perfect for my time strappped schedule. Loved the small tour group and the ability to roam freely at the stops. Driver was knowledgeable and kept us engaged in stories and history during the drive and provided ideas and highlights at each stop to give us some ideas.

Visiting Church Island was a lovely experience and a beautiful place. I truly enjoy taking local tours because the guides have such in-depth knowledge of the area. This tour was well worth the money and I highly recommend this particular tour to anyone interested in learning about Angelsey.
Reviews: From Llandudno: Portmeirion, Snowdonia and Castles Tour

Great day out, Freddie was an excellent guide with amazing knowledge of the local areas. Lovely scenery and routes, great stops and plenty of picture opportunities. It was £20 entry to Portmeirion (not included in the cost) where you spend around 2 hours which was lovely to see and walk around.
Reviews: From Llandudno: Snowdonia National Park & Three Castles Tour
Guest User2025-10-01
The trip was excellent. Three castles, the Great Orme, several stops, the magnificent mountains and valleys, close up with wildlife, lots of information. We were very happy when they went ahead though having only four people on the trip. They might build in a little more access to toilets. My wife took a tumble coming down from the second castle, the derelict one; I had problems with the rocky footing. The circular route meant we were never far away from the next stop.
