From the start, JJ was very attentive, professional, and friendly, always willing to explain the historical and cultural details clearly. It's clear he has a deep understanding of the subject matter and is passionate about what he does, which makes the tour even more interesting. He also took great care of the group, maintained excellent organization, and created a pleasant atmosphere throughout the entire experience. Highly recommended, without a doubt. Wonderful day trip to Toledo. It was a great combination of guided and self guided tour. Beatrice did a great job guiding us and explaining the history of Toledo and taking us to the synagogue of St Mary snd the cathedral. The free time we had was great so we could explore the small cobblestone streets in our own.★
