Lance was very nice and gave us a lot of input during the market tour and the cooking class. He speaks very good English and will translate between the group and chef Li. He will buy fruits for you to try, make sure you have "Long An". We will recommend this tour to our friends.★

Nice and scenic river cruise, the lights were brilliant and with the small group, seating were spacious. To note, while in the description or thereabouts it had mentioned to pick up tickets, you actually get the QR so no need to add that when planning your timing.★

Totally recommended. Good customer service,from booking process until the end of the trip (and we requested for slightly later pickup so that we can performed our Subuh Prayer first). And comfy vehicle (EV with glass ceiling, awesome view!). During the journey, we use translation apps for communication. Also special thanks to the driver who offerred whether to purchase Oxygen tank, which we totally forgot to purchase earlier. The oxygen tank really helps 🫁 The best part, obviously the views! Some parts of Mt.Siguniang looks like Ben's Navis, and Bippengou they called it lil swiss and true enough ❄️✨️ The only cons - not enough time to explore everything.★

I booked a bus ticket, but it turned out to be a car. The upsides were that it arrived quickly and the driver was excellent, very nice and chatty. Initially, Trip.com informed me that I would have to change vehicles, which worried me because of the language barrier. They asked me to add them on WeChat, and I had to write in English for better communication. The driver was kind enough to drop me off at my accommodation, saving me some money on transportation. If you encounter a similar situation and manage to contact the driver, take photos of the waiting area and yourself and send them to the driver so they can find you.★

We left earlier than scheduled. We were planning to get off at the station, have dinner, and catch the bus, but just in case, we looked for the bus first. They said it would leave 30 minutes early. It's a shame we had to leave without dinner, but it was nice that we were able to get to our accommodations sooner. If you're taking this bus, look for it as soon as you arrive at the station! Otherwise, you might miss it. The attached photo shows that there were a lot of buses there, so it wasn't hard to find. They were also very responsive to my questions, which was a huge help in preparing for my trip.★

It was a very memorable experience to be able to see the Western Sichuan mountains through our booking of this trip that included car and driver. Our driver, Mr Tang, was very patient plus a very experienced driver. He couldn't speak English but we managed to communicate with him through our basic mandarin. He was very accommodating towards all our needs and times, and very pleasant to travel with throughout our 5 days with him. This is not an easy trip to make as it really took us through very long hours of drive, through rural towns and hairpin roads but the scenery was magnificent and we're very glad to have made the trip. Our prior communication with the travel agency was also very smooth and our travel agent was very patient in helping to plan the location of the hotels and customising our last day itinerary because Huanglong cable car was closed for December. All in all, I would definitely book through this travel agency again, based on reliability and trust.
