Erhai Lake is absolutely stunning! However, weather is crucial; a cloudy day would significantly diminish its beauty. We were lucky to avoid rain. The driver was contacted in advance and arrived on time. He was very knowledgeable about the sights along the way, answered all our questions, and explained the local customs and culture of Dali. He was patient, enthusiastic, and humorous throughout the trip. I especially want to commend the driver's sense of responsibility. When we got out of the car, I carelessly left something behind, and I needed to go to the airport the next day for my return trip. After contacting him, he immediately arranged for a courier service. I'm incredibly grateful! Thumbs up!

The driver, Xiao Lu, enthusiastically advised us on places to visit and didn't mind taking us to many places and running late. The tour was great! Everyone should give it a try.

The driver contacted us in advance, but it seemed there was a lack of communication with the platform, and he didn't know the pick-up and drop-off locations. We arrived at the pick-up point early, but the driver was almost 20 minutes late. We were the first group of guests, and the driver simply stacked the suitcases of the guests behind us on top of ours, making our suitcases a bit dirty and dented when we retrieved them. The only advantage of this trip was that we could get to our accommodation point-to-point.

I have to give a huge shout-out to our tour leader for this trip! The entire itinerary was meticulously planned and thoughtfully arranged. They were genuinely friendly and humorous, creating a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere throughout the trip, and were great at keeping the group engaged. Their travel experience and sense of responsibility were impeccable; traveling with them made me feel completely safe. The experience was excellent: Mr. Yang arrived on time, provided patient and detailed explanations, and the elderly travelers were full of praise; the vehicle was clean and tidy, and the ride was comfortable. This trip to Lijiang was wonderful, and I will definitely contact this company again for my next trip!
