Koerner Library [Exterior view, not open to the public] Designed to resemble an open book, it opened on March 10, 1997, covering an area of 17,200 square meters The library is named after Canadian businessman and philanthropist Walter C. Koerner 5. Irving K. Barber Learning Centre The autumn scenery here is exceptionally beautiful; the interior includes a virtual museum and numerous artworks 6. UBC Flag Pole The Canadian flag flies here, and the rose garden viewed from the flagpole offers an excellent photo angle
