How to use

1. Please redeem the physical Vienna Pass at the Vienna Sightseeing and Vienna Pass Service Center (Opernring 3-5 17/24, 1010, Vienna) during operating hours from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

2. The card can only be used after being exchanged for a physical card, and it will be activated upon first use.

3. Please check the official websites of the attractions included in the pass for their operating hours.

Change & cancellation policies

Please note that the booking cannot be canceled once it is confirmed.

The selected date and time cannot be modified after booking.

To change the date or time, please cancel your booking and book again.

Important note

1. The Vienna Pass is valid from 0:00 to 0:00, so it is recommended to make the first use early in the morning to maximize its benefits.

2. To visit the State Apartments at Schönbrunn Palace, you must confirm your time slot at the ticket office with your pass. The final visiting time slot will be determined on-site. During peak season, we recommend making the State Apartments your first stop.

Visits to the Vienna State Opera and Danube cruise experiences require advance time slot reservations.
