It was a wonderful, enlightening experience. Our guide was personable and very knowledgeable in explaining the history, culture and customs behind the artifacts. What we call art is actually a testimony of the lives of our black ancestors and history that should be passed along. It explains the “roots” and foundation of our past, present and future. Absolute must see for those wanting to get in touch with “real” history!★

We were in Portugal for 12 days. The best 3 were the days we spent with Pedro. We started with an amazing all day tour of 2 palaces in the Sintra area followed by a visit to the coastal area near Cascais. Pedro speaks fluent English and is very knowledgeable of this area since he lives there. The highlight of the day was a late lunch at a beautiful seafood restaurant right on the Atlantic. We also did a second all day tour to a nature park and other cities near Lisbon. Our last tour was an all day journey from Porto where he picked us up from our cruise ship to Lisbon with stops in 4 beautiful cities. I cannot say enough about how considerate Pedro is. If we return to Portugal he would certainly be at the top of our list to help us have a memorable vacation
