Margaret, our guide, was absolutely wonderful and looked after us "oldies" way above beyond her duty. She is a wonderful asset for your company.

Reviews: Arthurs Seat Eagle: Scenic Gondola Ride

It was great but expensive for a senior and two grandchildren. The gift shops were placed where you got off and on and I had to buy a ball that was $18 and socks $8 - the socks were reasonable but an $18 ball - that is ridiculous. The chai and hot chocolate was not that nice and that was $26 - so for a senior it was a very expensive day - we did not even look at the photos take as it would have been another $25.

Reviews: Great Ocean Road Classic Sunset Day-Tour [English & Chinese speaking driver/guide & popular spots & air-conditioned bus] in Melbourne
Guest User2026-10-09
The tour bus arrived on time, exactly as originally scheduled, with four pickup points. We visited all the planned locations during the tour. The weather was great, the views were clear, and we were lucky enough to see koalas at one of the stops. Our driver-guide, Augustin, was very positive and humorous, and shared many interesting facts about Australia and the places we were visiting. His driving skills were excellent. The tour was in English, as advertised. Augustin spoke several languages. The group was well-disciplined, and we returned to Melbourne as planned. I was very pleased with the tour. The price was reasonable. I recommend it.

Reviews: [Affordable Price for Tomorrow] Melbourne Puffing Billy Steam Train + Phillip Island & Penguin Island Day Trip
Guest User2026-09-23
A super satisfying trip! The weather was fantastic too; the driver said it was the best weather in recent days—lucky us! I finally got to ride the steam train I'd been dreaming of and saw the world's smallest blue penguin, only about 33cm tall 🐧—so cute and adorable! The driver's route and sightseeing time were well-planned. Besides ensuring our safety, he also acted as our guide, explaining the background and history of each stop. A perfect experience 💯—absolutely fantastic!
