Reviews: Bruges and Ghent - Belgium's Fairytale Cities - from Brussels
Guest User2025-07-18
Certainly! Here’s a one-paragraph review: I recently joined a guided tour of Bruges and Ghent and had a great experience. The tour guide was knowledgeable and engaging, sharing fascinating insights into the history, architecture, and culture of both cities. Highlights included visits to the Markt and canals in Bruges and to Gravensteen Castle and St. Bavo’s Cathedral in Ghent, with plenty of interesting stories and recommendations for local food along the way. The tour was well-paced and made exploring both cities easy and enjoyable. I highly recommend this tour to anyone wanting to get the most out of their visit to Bruges and Ghent.

Mainly because the scenery of Bruges is too beautiful, it is very good, it is a rare good weather, but the day trip is still tight, after all, it also added Ghent two hours of tour time. I feel more suitable for staying for one night and slowly feeling the beauty of Bruges.

Unexpectedly surprising!!! What a fantastic tour. Everything but the well-known highlights—because everyone visits those—but a journey of discovery to the unknown gems. History mixed with the Ghent of today. Christophe knows how to move you with his enthusiasm, knowledge, and the special places. Highly recommended! Oh yeah, the mountain bikes are fantastic!
