1. As flights are subject to various factors, to ensure you can successfully experience the activity as planned, we recommend allowing extra time. Please consult customer support in advance to learn about the flight arrangements for the day before placing your order.
2. Open-toed shoes are not allowed in the cockpit.
3. Seniors aged 65 and above need to sign a liability waiver.
4. In the event of flight disruptions due to force majeure (such as unavoidable circumstances including air traffic control, natural disasters like heavy fog, thunderstorms, torrential rain, typhoons, etc.) or sudden airport notifications of other unforeseen situations (such as mechanical failures), with specific conditions subject to the airport's announcement on the day, full refunds or rescheduling will be supported, but no additional expenses incurred will be covered.
5. If the flight slots are fully booked or flights are suspended on the day of purchase, the booking will automatically be postponed to the next available flight date.
6. The specific time for flight activities on the day can only be noted and cannot be specified.

Flight Notice
Individuals under the influence of alcohol are not permitted to board the aircraft.
2. Visitors with high blood pressure, heart disease, acrophobia, pregnant women, or critically ill patients are not permitted to ride.
3. Participants in the flight experience must ensure they are in good health and free from any medical conditions; otherwise, they will not be permitted to participate. If a passenger conceals their health status and experiences a recurrence of illness during the flight experience, our store will not bear any responsibility.
4. Smoking is prohibited in the cabin. Follow staff instructions during the flight experience.
5. Fasten your seatbelt and do not touch the buttons or switches on the plane.
6. Do not open the aircraft door during flight. In case of emergency, open the door only under the pilot's instruction. Passengers must not request pilots to perform actions that violate flight safety regulations or aviation laws, nor engage in any behavior that may interfere with the pilot's operation.
7. If you feel unwell during the flight, please inform the pilot. In case of any dangerous situations during the flight, follow the pilot's instructions and refrain from taking any self-rescue actions without authorization.
