Make a brief stop at the iconic "Wellington Blown Away" sign, then visit the famous Weta Workshop store, the heart of the Weta Workshop tour in Miramar.
11:00 AM–11:45 AM Brooklyn Wind Power Station
The Brooklyn Wind Turbine is situated atop a hill southwest of Wellington city center, serving as one of New Zealand's representative wind power landmarks. From the summit, visitors can take in sweeping views of Wellington's urban area, harbor, and surrounding mountain ranges, making it one of the ideal locations for capturing panoramic cityscapes.
11:45 AM–12:30 PM Head to Wellington Cable Car, Botanical Garden & Rose Garden
Head back to the city center and make a brief stop at the popular photo spot in the Old Bank Arcade. Nearby, you can choose to ride the famous Wellington Cable Car to the top of the Botanic Garden for panoramic city views (tickets not included), or follow the tour vehicle to the cable car summit. Visitors can opt to hike to Lady Norwood Rose Garden and the Centennial Greenhouse for sightseeing and photos.
12:30–12:45 PM Capitol and Presidential Palace buildings (15 min)
Visit the Reichstag Building, Presidential Office, and other landmarks (excluding group tours inside the Reichstag Building).
1:00 PM - Return visitors to the meeting point.

B-Wellington Walking Tour - Optional Morning/Afternoon Session
Itinerary Overview
10:00-10:10 Wellington Railway Station: Gather promptly at the main entrance at 10:00, where the guide will deliver a welcome speech and provide a detailed introduction to the day's itinerary. Then, the guide will lead everyone through the magnificent neoclassical building hall and via the underground passage to the vicinity of Parliament House, with the entire journey taking approximately 10 minutes.
10:10-10:25 New Zealand Beehive, Parliament Buildings, Parliamentary Library: Upon arrival, the guide will introduce New Zealand's political system, culture, and Wellington's capital functions, explain the architectural styles and functions of the surrounding buildings, with a tour duration of approximately 15 min.
10:25-10:55 Wellington Botanic Garden: Travel from the Parliament Buildings area to the botanic garden, stroll through lush gardens, public green spaces, and native bushland. The guide will explain biodiversity and the natural environment, with a tour duration of approximately 30 min.
10:55-11:10 Wellington Cable Car: Walk through the Botanical Garden to reach the cable car top station, enjoy the city view and take photos, then take the cable car to the city center. The entire journey takes about 15 min.
11:10 AM - 12:10 PM Stroll through Lambton Quay and Cuba Street: After getting off the cable car, walk along the bustling Lambton Quay, passing by the iconic Old Bank Arcade (a popular photo spot), and finally arrive at Cuba Street to experience the city's vibrant energy. The entire journey takes approximately 1 hr.
12:10 Museum of New Zealand Te Papa Tongarewa: Depart from Cuba Street and take a scenic waterfront walk to the museum for a self-guided tour with a duration of approximately 50 min.
The itinerary officially concludes at 13:00, returning to the disbandment point
