I had a very pleasant evening tour of the city on a moped. I was the guide's only guest, so it was essentially a private tour. The guide was extremely attentive and welcoming; I felt like I was strolling with an old friend, and he was showing me his favorite city with great interest. I wanted to try jellyfish as part of the food tour, and the guide happily encouraged me. We also tried a duck egg with a fetus (which wasn't on the itinerary, but the guide realized I'd be interested and made it happen). He was also attentive to my interests—he found a hidden bar with live music and delicious cocktails instead of the one I'd originally planned. There's a lot of food for one person, and the portions are easily shared between 3-4 guests.★

Would recommend this tour to anyone! Our guide Antoni was FANTASTIC - so knowledgeable and accommodating to our (super annoying) dietary requirements. Part culinary tour, part cultural experience, anyone wanting to scratch below the tourism surface should give this a go.★

A fantastic experience! The lobster alone was worth the price of admission. There were many different condiments, so it wasn't too monotonous. Plus, you could drink as much red or white wine as you wanted. The meal lasted four hours, allowing for a leisurely pace. If I ever visit Ho Chi Minh City again, I'd definitely eat here again.★

I took a full loop around the city center.
Since the course included all the major attractions,
I was able to see places at night that I hadn't been able to see during the day.
The lights visible on both sides, especially when crossing the bridge,
were truly impressive.
