Minors are not allowed to join the tour group alone
Minors aged 18 and below must be accompanied by at least one guardian when joining the tour group.
Join-in tour group size
The join-in tour product requires a minimum of 2 participants to form a group. If there are not enough participants to form a group, we will contact you before 6 PM the day before departure to arrange a refund or reschedule.
How to book tickets for children/seniors/students/special ID holders?
The guide fee applies to all visitors at the same price.
On-site tickets are subject to the regulations of the Palace Museum.
Private Tour Late Policy
1. If the delay in starting the guided tour is caused by visitors being late, and the delay is within 15 minutes, the guide will make up the guided tour duration according to the total duration agreed in the product.
2. In case of delayed start due to visitors' tardiness, if the delay exceeds 15 minutes, the guide will extend the guided tour duration by up to 15 minutes, with no compensation for the remaining duration.
Join-in Tour Late Policy
If travelers are late due to personal reasons, to ensure the interests of other punctual participants and the smooth progress of the subsequent tour, the guide will not make up for the missed content or extend the time. Therefore, travelers must gather on time on the day of the visit. If arriving late, they should enter the attraction and contact the guide to rejoin the group. If unable to participate due to personal reasons, travelers must inform the guide promptly, and no refund will be issued.
