Reviews: Full Day Tour From Lima: Paracas and Huacachina Oasis

I highly recommend it! It was great to get out of Lima and experience a variety of things :) The bus seats were comfortable, and they gave us plenty of time to rest, and we even got to ride a boat and a four-wheeler, which was fun!

Breathtaking doesn't put it into words. Beautiful scenery you won't see anywhere else in the world. I want to take the pictures I have and turn them into puzzles!
Reviews: Ballestas Islands & National Reserve of Paracas from Ica

The experience was great; both the tour and the guide were perfect. They recommended a place to eat that truly couldn't have had better views, and the food was also very good.
Reviews: From Paracas: Ballestas Islands & Paracas National Reserve

Very personal and great experience! We arrived somewhat late at Paracas but could immediately join the boat tour with nice guide. After that we had a private tour in the desert reserve. Amazing place and amazing guide who took all the time, with very good English. Really recommend to do both the boat and the national reserve tour :)
Reviews: Lima: Paracas, Ballestas Island, and Slave Tunnel Day Tour
Guest User2025-12-30
The boat tour was absolutely great. The islands are absolutely amazing and definitely worth a visit. The animals and birds are not afraid of the boats at all and our boat came very close to the sea lions. They even posed for us. There was a 2.5 hour break after the boat ride which was perfect timing for a seafood lunch at one of the boardwalk restaurants and a round of local stalls and artisan shops. The ocean/desert landscape of the National Park was almost surreal. The slave tunnel was an interesting bit of history. I wish we had a cup of tea at the Casa Hasjenda San Hose (tunnel is underneath its peppery). It’s a very historical and very well maintained functioning resort. Overall I am very impressed with how well Peruvians take care of their historical sites. All guides on the tour were great. The bus is as comfortable as it gets. There is even a bathroom and free WiFi on board.
Reviews: Ballestas Islands & Paracas National Reserve from Paracas

The tour is divided into two parts: first, we went by speedboat to the Ballestas Islands, where we saw penguins, sea lions, and the Candelabro geoglyph. After returning to Paracas, we were picked up for the second part to the Paracas National Reserve, where we made stops at various spots to admire the scenery. At the second-to-last stop, there was an option to swim in the sea, and at the last stop, you could eat at a restaurant overlooking the ocean. The time allotted for lunch was very limited; it should have been longer. Andrea, the woman from the agency, was very kind to us throughout the entire trip—thank you!
