The cruise itself, as a means of transport from Guilin to Yangshuo, is a good option, but there are some caveats. It's a long journey. A taxi from hotel to hotel takes about 1.5-2 hours. By boat, including transfer to your hotel and waiting time for departure, it's about seven hours. Our ship didn't stop anywhere, although other ships regularly stopped at beautiful spots. And the announcements for such spots weren't obvious. Because of this, we missed the view of the Seven Horses. The buffet was quite decent, and the views themselves, which are the main reason for the cruise, were wonderful.★

My husband and I absolutely loved the tour! 😍 Despite the cloudy weather, the trip was wonderful. We visited some truly beautiful places, enjoyed the incredible scenery of Yangshuo, and had a wonderful time!
A special thank you to our driver, who also served as our guide. He was very attentive, polite, and friendly! He was always helpful, caring about our comfort, and made the trip as enjoyable as possible.
The route was well organized, and everything went smoothly and without rushing. We were very pleased and definitely recommend this tour! ❤️★

The itinerary was well-planned, covering all the essential scenic spots in Yangshuo, allowing for a carefree trip. The driver was very responsible and chose routes based on your needs, making for a fairly full day. Worth a try!★

I went on May 6th. Since it wasn't a holiday, it wasn't too crowded. They picked me up from my hotel near the high-speed rail station at 7:30 AM sharp, but I had to cross the street to get to the pick-up point. We arrived at the Mopanshan Wharf parking lot around 8:50 AM, and after a few minutes, we got our tickets from the tour guide and were dismissed.
You only know the specific ship, cabin class, and departure time when you get your ticket on the day of the trip. On this day, my ticket showed a departure time of 9:45 AM.
On the bus, it seemed like the tour guide kept introducing various attractions and travel agencies. Fortunately, the noise wasn't too loud, and wearing AirPods Pro 1 helped block it out quite well, so I wasn't disturbed much while sleeping.
Hot water is provided on the ship, but I recommend bringing your own instant noodles for lunch.★

This small group tour was a fantastic experience! Our guide, Mr. Xie, was incredibly professional, kind, attentive, and patient – his service was superb. The itinerary was excellent; we didn't miss any of the highlights of Yangshuo, and the tour wasn't too rushed. We didn't have to worry about a thing all day – a definite thumbs up!
I would definitely recommend this travel agency to friends. From initial inquiries to the end of the tour, they responded promptly and patiently at every step, and there was no hard selling of shopping – excellent!
