We really enjoyed everything; they drove us comfortably and showed us everything. The guide was excellent. He picked us up when we told him to. We had some issues with WeChat and couldn't register. Despite that, they still didn't cancel our reservation and communicated with us as best we could. The car was comfortable and clean. And the tour's locations were beautiful, unforgettable.
Reviews: Beijing Prince Kung's Palace Museum Half-Day Tour - Tickets Included / 10-Person Group / 20-Person Group / Independent Traveler Group / Multiple Group Types

Our visit to Prince Gong's Mansion was a complete success. Our tour guide was highly skilled, providing clear and logical explanations, from the layout of the mansion to anecdotes about Heshen and the origin of the "Number One Blessing in the World." Her humorous and engaging style, balancing historical depth with entertainment, allowed us to understand half of the Qing Dynasty's history. The service was also attentive and thoughtful – five stars!

I brought my parents, but the 9:30 AM meeting time was a bit too early. The two-hour gap in the middle was pointless; it would have been better if it started after 10:00 AM. Our tour guide, Yueyue, was very friendly and provided detailed explanations, teaching us about the stories of the various owners of the Prince Gong's Mansion. She even thoughtfully gave us a small "Fu" (good fortune) character gift at the end. Thank you for the experience!
