Great place. I found a hanbok, they helped me put it on, and did my hair (there are free options, and you can pay extra). I paid 5,000 won extra. I booked it for 1.5 hours, afraid of the heat. But I regretted it; I should have booked at least 2.5 hours. The palace grounds are huge, and I didn't have time to see everything; I had to go back. You feel like a princess.★

We did the all-day group tour with Crystal today! She was incredibly knowledgeable and explained everything so well, answering every question with so much patience and poise. Despite it being a long day, everything was so smooth and well organised. Crystal was attentive to the group throughout, making sure everyone stayed together and adjusting the pace to accommodate the older folks of our group. You could really tell she cared about making sure everyone had a good experience. As a bonus, we also instantly clicked with a group of women on the tour, which made the day even more memorable!
