Booked a day trip bcs we wanted to go to Shizuoka. When booing the trip, I specifically requested for halal/Muslim-friendly food recommendations. Our tour guide, Zhao, was very helpful in ensuring we manage to get Muslim-friendly food. He's also very knowledgeable about the places he brings us to and quite funny 😂. We enjoyed the trip a lot, exploring the beauty of Izu. Thank you, Zhao for all the explanations, guidance and assistance provided. Highly recommended 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼★

The tour guide provided professional and clear explanations, and took meticulous care of everyone, worried that we might get sunburned or tired while queuing. He also thoughtfully reminded us where to take photos. He was friendly and fun, and the driver drove very steadily. It was the most wonderful day trip we have ever experienced!★

The car rental staff and drivers all speak Chinese, which makes communication easy. They are punctual, patient, friendly, and polite, and proactively introduce local sights and customs along the way. They are very professional and friendly.★

Today's itinerary was perfect! Especially this morning, I accidentally set the wrong alarm and was completely out of luck for the trip, but the kind driver still came to pick me up. I'm so grateful for his help! On the way, he also gave us a detailed explanation of some basic facts about Izu, Tokyo, and Japan, which greatly broadened our horizons for our trip! The driver was highly skilled, the car was clean and tidy, and the ride was excellent!★
