I joined this tour in September 2026. Seeing mixed reviews made me nervous, but it turned out to be completely unnecessary! Stop times were well-paced, and lunch at the affiliated local restaurant was seamless. > Our female guide was wonderful, explaining everything in both English and Russian. As a solo traveler with limited English listening skills, I still had no trouble following along thanks to her great energy. Panda Travel delivered the most satisfying day of my Kazakhstan trip. > Two minor points: there was no way to download group photos (sharing via WhatsApp would be great). Also, posting the gathering time on an A4 sheet on the bus door or windshield would help tired travelers who might miss verbal announcements.

A fantastic tour! The tour guide was lovely and helpful. The food was delicious. We thoroughly enjoyed all the attractions. The transportation was comfortable, and they even offered pick-up and drop-off service from nearby hotels.

The tour exceeded all expectations! We saw so much beauty in one day: the turquoise Kolsay Lakes, the mysterious Kaindy Lake with its tree trunks jutting out of the water, and the incredible Charyn Canyon—it was as if we'd visited different worlds. A special thank you to our guide, Eldar: he didn't just tell us facts, but shared his true love for these places. It was especially valuable that he led the tour in two languages—thanks to this, everyone in the group understood everything and could ask questions. It was interesting, calm, and very atmospheric. I definitely recommend it!
