We went on a group tour; there were about 20 of us. Because of the rain, there were fewer people, but still a lot. However, we quickly bought tickets, and our first group headed off with a very young guide, Alina. She studied Russian in China and also visited St. Petersburg for six months, and today she gave her first tour! So, I'd really like to commend her, as she has a pretty good Russian accent. Of course, she mixes up our endings, but I'm sure with some practice she'll become more confident in our difficult Russian. We understood everything throughout our short tour. In fact, the tour itself was supposed to be 2 hours long (covering the history of the landmark), but the tour itself and the history were over in about 40 minutes, and then there was free time, as they say. Honestly, the tour was dry, literally: "The emperor lived here, and the empress was here, they ate here, they rested here." Add more interesting historical facts★

The itinerary was very well planned, and our guide, Xiao Wang, explained everything at each stop and even took photos for us. Lake Yamanaka, Lake Kawaguchi, and Oishi Park were all so beautiful. The weather was perfect when we went, and we were lucky enough to see Mount Fuji. It was a truly worthwhile trip! I'm looking forward to going back again for a few more days so I can experience Fuji-Q Highland and the Hippo Bus.★

The meeting point was clearly marked, and we found our guide, Mika, quickly. She explained the itinerary in both Chinese and Korean on the bus and was very friendly. However, the walk to the designated stops after each stop was a bit fast, which might have been difficult for older travelers to keep up with. This was likely because some other tourists were late at the beginning, causing delays. Before we got off at the end of the day, the guide also offered dinner recommendations. Overall, the itinerary was quite good. 👍★

Excellent tour! The guide, Sveta, is wonderful, welcoming, and speaks Russian quite well. The city on the water is very beautiful, a perfect photo op. When climbing the wall, be sure to take the funicular and be prepared to walk up to the wall yourself.
