So many things to discover there. Great insights and the pure reality about the tough life of the people in this „little town“. You will be definitely touched by this experience.. authentic honest local guides. I would say it is safe to go there in the morning with the guides - would not recommend tondo it alone on your own.

If you’re visiting Accra, Ebo is DEFINITELY your guy!! Ebo was very kind, super prompt, reliable, resourceful, and just absolutely wonderful—went above and beyond!! He knew exactly what we were looking for—he suggested spot-on locations when we asked him if he could take us to several places where we could film dance videos with a photogenic background. He knew the people at various locations, too, which was extra nice! His car is also very stylish, super comfortable and pristeen, which is an extra plus! And he has an excellent taste in music!! One of the most memorable things my friend and I really appreciated about Ebo is when we went to Makola Market to purchase personalized football jerseys. When the jerseys took longer than expected to be delivered back to the shop and we were running out of time since we were on a schedule, he tracked down the delivery person, contacted him numerous times so he could deliver them to the next location where he was driving us. He even got us water while we were still waiting for the jerseys at the shop. Thanks to Ebo, my friend was able to film his videos wearing the jerseys. (He was so happy!!) I also appreciate him for walking all the way back to pick up my phone when I forgot it in his car when we went to the market!! (So sorry for the trouble and a huge thanks!!) I will definitely contact him again when I come back to Accra!! Again, thank you so so much Ebo for making our visit so special. Hope to see you again soon! Much love from Tokyo, Japan!

Ben was an excellent and informative tour guide. He arrived early, gsve us a lot of information as the driver drove to destinations and arranged for private guides at some locations. It's sad that the government hasn't seen it necessary to renovate the Jamestown forts used for the slave trade. That's a missed opportunity and missed revenue stream. It could help revitalize all of Jamestown. Although we didn't get out qt Jamestown, we had other opportunities. And, Ben negotiated prices for us and guided us directly to vendors selling our desired items at the Market. Great trip.
