The brand new vehicle was spacious and comfortable. The driver picked us up and was very friendly, explaining each attraction, helping us buy tickets and giving directions. He was incredibly helpful, and we enjoyed every attraction. Tiger Leaping Gorge and Baishuitai were particularly beautiful, and the scenery along the way was stunning. It was definitely worth it, and the driver drove very smoothly. This tour was affordable and highly recommended! 👍👍👍

In my opinion, this is the best choice for a day trip from Lijiang to Shangri-La. The itinerary is well-planned, with an average of less than an hour between attractions, making it not too tiring. There's no shopping throughout the trip; it's very honest, only including what's on the itinerary, and there's no hard selling on things not included. The experience was excellent. Furthermore, our driver, Mr. Wang (Yun RM2509), was an excellent driver, driving smoothly and quickly, ensuring we arrived at our destinations on time and allowing for more free time. Highly recommended!

Booked the night before, and the trip went smoothly the next day. The driver/guide provided excellent service. Tiger Leaping Gorge is definitely worth seeing, but the grasslands weren't worth it due to the season; there was no grass left. We visited Songzanlin Monastery (at our own expense) but didn't go to Dukezong. The photos were great, so it was totally worth it.

We chartered a private vehicle to travel directly to Shangri-La after trekking the Tiger Leaping Gorge Tea Horse Road, and it was incredibly convenient and satisfying. We were able to travel according to our trekking schedule, and it was especially great to be able to go straight to Shangri-La after finishing the trek without having to look up transportation separately. The customer service center was very kind when we had inquiries along the way, and the driver was friendly and drove comfortably. Reserving a private car or figuring out transportation methods for Tiger Leaping Gorge on your own can be a bit cumbersome, so I recommend chartering a vehicle if you are planning to travel directly to Shangri-La after the trek like we did. It seems like a really convenient option for travelers carrying luggage as well. Overall, it was a very satisfying experience!

The trip went smoothly according to the stated itinerary. Driver 云p57736 was helpful and proactive. We went one-way to Shangri-La and this was a great way to fit attractions in along the way. Be aware English speaking travellers will need to use translation app to get by. Recommend paying for the horse riding and other extra activities at Napahai grasslands, worth it and would be a boring stop otherwise!
