While the airport is modern and efficient, peak travel seasons—especially charter flights and group arrivals—can lead to longer waiting times at immigration.

Our Fast-Track service ensures you can move through the airport quickly and comfortably, without unnecessary delays. Before your flight, simply provide your travel details—our team will monitor your flight and prepare everything in advance.

Please note that China Southern Airlines (CZ) and Korean Air (KE) do not provide check-in services at Cam Ranh International Airport.

For Arrival Fast-Track (International -> Nha Trang)

1. After landing, proceed toward the immigration area

2. Our staff will be waiting before immigration, holding a welcome sign with your name

3. You will be guided to the priority Fast-Track Lane

4. Complete immigration quickly and smoothly

5. (Optional) Luggage & Escort service includes:

  • Assistance with baggage collection
  • Support through customs procedures
  • Escort to your driver or resort transfer
  • Estimated time to immigration: 15–25 minutes after landing

For Departure Fast-Track (Nha Trang -> International)

1. Contact our team via WhatsApp upon arrival

2. Arrive at the airport at least 2 hours before departure

3. Meet our staff at the designated meeting point and be guided to Priority Lane for Check-in and Luggage Drop-off (For VIP Departure option)

4. Guided to the priority immigration lane

Standard Package (Fast clearance without a full escort):
 
- Meet staff with your name sign at the arrival hall.
 
- Get guided to Priority Line 4 for fast immigration.
 
- Proceed independently after clearing the line.
 
VIP Package (Full escort for families, seniors, or heavy luggage):
 
- Meet staff right at the arrival gate.
 
- Breeze through immigration via Premium Lines 1–3.
 
- Escorted all the way to your vehicle outside.
 
2. Departure Service
 
Standard Package:
 
- Meet staff at a pre-arranged airport spot.
 
- Get guided through airline check-in & baggage drop.
 
- Escorted directly to the priority immigration lane.
 
VIP Package:
 
- Includes all Standard Departure benefits.
 
- Access to the Priority Security Screening (X-RAY) lane.
 
- Direct escort straight to the departure lounge.
Change & cancellation policies
If a cancellation request is submitted before 01:00, 1 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.
If a cancellation request is submitted after 01:00 1 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.
This product cannot be canceled after activation.
If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.
Partial refund is not available.
Important note
  • Please book at least 2–4 hours before your flight.
  • Urgent bookings may incur an additional surcharge. The applicable fee will be confirmed based on your requested service time.
  • We'll contact you in advance to confirm - if we can't reach you, the service may not be arranged and the booking may become non-refundable.
  • Fast-Track service at international airports is currently available for foreign passport holders only (not for Vietnamese passport holders, arrival or departure).
  • Chinese passport holders are not eligible for priority departure processing
  • Policies may change depending on airport authority regulations.
  • Departure Fast Track is unavailable for flights scheduled between 02:00 AM and 05:00 AM (local time).
