On 19/10 we had booked the tour of the Krakow ghetto and after that. the tour of Auschwitz. Everything was on time and as described in the app. The tour guide from Crown, Christopher, was excellent with a perfect accent, lots of historical knowledge, explanatory, he made our tour of the ghetto very interesting. During our bus ride to Auschwitz, he explained to us in great detail what exactly we would see in each camp and shared with us other historical facts!! I highly recommend this tour!!

I really enjoyed this tour of the Oskar Schindler Factory. Our guide was excellent—very knowledgeable and engaging—which made the experience truly informative. I learned so much about Krakow’s history and the events of World War II. I would definitely recommend this tour to anyone visiting the city.

The tour was well detailed by the guide. Unfortunately, you don't see the actual factory, but a museum was created on the site where it once stood. The details are very interesting, tied to the history of the city and the nation, but also offer a different perspective than the story we all believe to be completely realistic, as told in the film. It's worth walking there from the city center, a comfortable 35-minute stroll and crossing the Vistula River.

would have found a self-guided visit overwhelming with far too much reading in order to get the full context. Guide was able to do this in a clear and understandable way. Was part of a relatively small group which was an advantage. Felt it was a little expensive however

Really enjoyed this tour. Our guide, Wojcek was very knowledgeable and had a cracking sense of humour! I was in a party of four and we all thoroughly enjoyed our visit and learned a lot.
