We had a 1 day layover at Incheon airport. Our guide picked us up at the airport hotel & we toured the Gyeongbokgung Palace, a Hanok village & a little shopping & lunch in Insadong. He shared a lot of information & stories & was very timely in getting us to the airport with our brief timeline.

Sophia was a wonderful tour guide. She met us at the airport, communicated ahead of time where to meet, provided an agenda, but was flexible to our needs. We had a great lunch in a traditional Korean restaurant, loved the tour of the Imperial Palace and grounds, experienced the market, had tea at a traditional tea house, just an incredible to spend the day out seeing Seoul instead of sitting at the airport. She was very knowledgeable about Korean history and culture, was a safe driver, her vehicle was very clean and she provided us with cold water for the day. Overall, we were so happy with our tour with Sophia and it was a great way for us to celebrate a birthday.

Easy to redeem from airport, but if your from Seoul station you need to get the ticket early as it can be sold out quickly. I was in Seoul station 10am and the next available ticket was 1335H. Just an fyi in case you’ll be in hurry. There’s free water as well and th seat are comfortable. Worth the pay 😊 and yes recommended.

Our tour guide, Sammi, kindly explained the various attractions and travel times, enthusiastically introduced the must-do activities at each attraction, and led us through them. She also assisted with translation when needed to ensure we could communicate effectively, and even helped with taking photos and videos to preserve our travel memories! Thumbs up! 👍

Fantastic, very comfortable… on other visits to Seoul I always used Arex for transportation, but the bus is far superior!

Overall, the bus experience was good. Although the journey took six hours, the ride was quite comfortable. We were originally going to Haeundae, but the bus unexpectedly dropped us off at Jungdong Bus Station, from where we had to transfer to the subway to get to Haeundae. However, there are actually many places to explore near Jungdong Station, and quite a few shops worth checking out – a pleasant surprise! Overall, it was a great bus experience, and I would definitely choose to take it again next time. 😊
