The driver and tour guide, Xiao Cheng, were incredibly responsible. From the moment we picked them up, they provided detailed guidance throughout the trip. Even though the elderly gentleman and lady in our group weren't interested in shopping at the outlet mall, the tour guide immediately offered to help them find photo spots near Mount Fuji, and to find comfortable places to eat and relax, without showing any impatience. On our return trip, we opted not to join the tour back to Tokyo, but instead found a hotel at the foot of Mount Fuji to enjoy a hot spring bath. The driver even took us to the hotel before leaving, as getting a taxi is very difficult despite Mount Fuji being a famous tourist attraction. We were extremely grateful to him. For those traveling from Tokyo to Mount Fuji, I highly recommend this day tour; it saves a lot of hassle, and the small group size makes it very convenient.★

I really want to thank our tour leader, Ms. Hou Jing, for making this trip possible so smoothly, allowing us to visit all five attractions. From pre-trip planning to on-site execution, the overall arrangements were excellent, the pace was smooth, and the time allotted for each attraction was just right—neither rushed nor wasted, ensuring everyone had a worry-free and enjoyable experience. Ms. Hou Jing is very proactive, always handling any issues quickly and taking meticulous care of details, giving the group members peace of mind. Even more valuable is her witty and humorous explanations, making the stories of each attraction vivid and interesting, filling the journey with laughter and adding warmth and memories. I've been to Japan almost 20 times, and I realized I've never been to Mount Fuji. This time I had more time, so I dedicated a day to it. Summer isn't the best season for Mount Fuji, and it's crowded during summer vacation. Therefore, I arranged a day to hire a car to preview the nearby attractions, and if there are any I like, I'll focus on them next time.
Lake Kawaguchi is beautiful; I'd love to come back. Mount Fuji covered in snow in winter must be stunning.
My child doesn't like hot springs, so we didn't go to Hakone. Instead, we went shopping at an outlet mall, but it was incredibly crowded on the weekend.
The driver and I are from the same hometown, and we chatted happily about our hometowns the whole way.
I highly recommend hiring a car. It saves time, at least a whole day for visiting these attractions. The transportation costs for four people plus one night's accommodation are less expensive than hiring a car; you don't have to rush around, and you won't be tired after a long day.★

Our tour guide for Mount Fuji was a very kind and polite half-Japanese, half-Chinese woman named Seki. She greeted everyone she met at the shops along the way with warmth and friendliness. Because of her excellent relationships, her groups often had priority passage. She explained the sights along the route to us diligently and professionally in both Chinese and English. Her cheerful and easygoing personality made her very comfortable to be around. I definitely give her five stars!★

Had a great time travelling to this places! The Guide/driver was very well spoken and knows his way around the area. The scenery was very beautiful! although unable to see the full Mount Fuji due to cloudy weather that day, having going to multiple places really enhanced the experienced. Thank you!
