Despite traffic congestion, our guide, Zhu Zhu, was able to flexibly adjust the itinerary to meet the needs of our tourists. She patiently answered questions and enthusiastically recommended local restaurants, addressing any issues outside the itinerary. The fruit-filled ice cream near Kumamoto Castle and the horse meat BBQ in Kusasenri were both delicious and worth trying. In Kusasenri, we enjoyed a distant view of Mount Aso and, with the guide's coordination, rode the Minami-Aso Forest Railway. The villages, the gradually turning yellow farmland, and the delightful surprises from the NPCs at the small stations brought the trip to a perfect close.★

Thank you to our tour guide, Wu Xia, for your incredibly dedicated service, which made for a wonderful day for everyone! Although we encountered a traffic jam due to an accident on the highway and our attempt to gamble on the weather in the mountains failed, Wu Xia's expert explanations along the way provided a wealth of knowledge about Mount Aso, which was still very rewarding! You absolutely must go boating in Takachiho! It was so much fun! Wu Xia's self-made boating instructions were extremely useful! This was a combined Chinese and English tour, and the bilingual explanations increased the tour guide's workload, but Wu Xia took excellent care of both groups, taking beautiful photos for everyone – truly amazing!★

I booked a day trip to Fukuoka through Ctrip! Our tour guide, a charming young woman from Qingdao who has lived in Japan for over ten years, was incredibly experienced and the itinerary was well-planned! The sightseeing was well-organized, and I was extremely satisfied with her communication and service! She also actively introduced Japanese specialties and scenery, giving many helpful suggestions! Overall, it was a very pleasant trip and well worth the money!★

The itinerary was well-planned, not tiring but very fulfilling, with beautiful scenery throughout, and the bus was very comfortable.
Today's tour guide, Cico, was very professional, meticulous, and enthusiastic. You could feel her love for life, her job, and her company. She had a great grasp of the scenery, local culture and cuisine, and the time and content, and communicating with her was very pleasant. I hope to have the opportunity to join a similar group tour again in the future.★

The itinerary was tight; it would have been better if we had more time to visit each place. Moji Port and Karato Market are worth visiting, but unfortunately, time was limited, and we weren't able to explore Moji Port. At the last stop, Ogurayama, we only took the cable car and didn't get to ride the monorail, which we were most looking forward to, as the tour guide explained that there wasn't enough time for commentary. The itinerary was supposed to return to Fukuoka at 10 PM, but we arrived back at 8:30 PM.
