Melonie was amazing, no complaints at all. Even though the weather was not ideal, she kept her cool, and was very nice to everyone. The meeting point was easy to find, she sent very thoughtful instructions on WhatsApp before our visit. We connected on WeChat so if someone got lost they could call her and if we had any questions she answered patiently. She sends additional info on what to see, where to go, where to eat etc.

We went on a group tour; there were about 20 of us. Because of the rain, there were fewer people, but still a lot. However, we quickly bought tickets, and our first group headed off with a very young guide, Alina. She studied Russian in China and also visited St. Petersburg for six months, and today she gave her first tour! So, I'd really like to commend her, as she has a pretty good Russian accent. Of course, she mixes up our endings, but I'm sure with some practice she'll become more confident in our difficult Russian. We understood everything throughout our short tour. In fact, the tour itself was supposed to be 2 hours long (covering the history of the landmark), but the tour itself and the history were over in about 40 minutes, and then there was free time, as they say. Honestly, the tour was dry, literally: "The emperor lived here, and the empress was here, they ate here, they rested here." Add more interesting historical facts

We had such a wonderful time exploring the Palace Museum with Lisa! She was incredibly knowledgeable about the history, engaging in her storytelling, and warm and attentive throughout the tour. We highly recommend Lisa to anyone visiting the Palace Museum!

The itinerary was well-arranged, and the tour guide reminded us of the meeting time and place via WhatsApp the day before. Our tour guide spoke English and provided clear explanations. He helped us buy tickets for the Great Wall and cable car. We had 5 hours on the Great Wall, which was enough time to climb to the 23rd tower, which won't open until 2026, but requires good physical fitness. Finally, we returned to the Yonghe Temple by bus and the tour ended. Very satisfied with the arrangements! 👍🏻

Customer service communication was smooth, driver Mr. Li was very enthusiastic, had excellent driving skills, and was very knowledgeable; he could readily explain the history of the buildings we visited. The car was also spacious and comfortable. A very good experience, five-star recommendation.
