One of the best experiences I had in Mumbai and a real highlight of the trip. The guide completely over delivered, knowledgeable, passionate, and clearly cared about giving a genuine perspective rather than a surface level tourist experience. What stood out most was how much thought went into safety and respect for the local community. Nothing ever felt intrusive or exploitative, and he was mindful about where photos were appropriate and where they weren't. The local train ride was unforgettable and gives you a real sense of the energy and scale of the city. Dharavi itself was the most captivating part, with real context about the industries, the people, and how the community functions. Highly recommend for anyone wanting to understand Mumbai beyond the typical sights.

It was a special tour. Through the beautifully lit city and along Marine Drive. But only for experienced cyclists and those with good life insurance. The traffic is treacherous. The route should use more side streets. Helmets weren't provided. The guide was good and friendly.


