Overall it’s a great experience. All staffs are nice and friendly. I am also impressed by how efficient they operate. Only a tiny suggestion is to explicitly say that for pickup and return we have to contact them. For me, I asked a hotel staff to help us make a call to them for confirmation. Then we found out we are suppose to contact them. For first time flyer this service is for you!★

We were giving it as a birthday present – the flight was very fast, but for a first timer, it was amazing! The staff was attentive, and you don't have to worry about your belongings being safe – it's like a giant raft in the middle of a bay – it won't slip away. There were weight restrictions, but they let my 110 kg friend through, which made it even more enjoyable. I highly recommend it!Trip.com Picks
