About the Meeting
If you are outside the pickup range, please go to the meeting point on your own. Provincial capitals have convenient transportation, so don't worry even if you're in an unfamiliar environment. Here are two options for your reference:
1. Erqi Square Meeting Point: Under the Erqi Tower (Gathering at 6:50 AM, accessible via Exit D of Subway Line 1 or 3)
2. The meeting point is at the parking lot of Zijing Mountain Department Store (departure station gathering at 7:20 AM), located in the city center at the intersection of Subway Line 1 and Line 2. Take the subway to Zijing Mountain Station, exit at Gate D, and the meeting point is right in front of you. Taxi or ride-hailing drivers are very familiar with this location. You can book a ride the day before or hail a taxi on the same day, as there will be enough time without delaying your trip.
How to contact
1. After placing your order, please verify your booking details to ensure the phone number is correct. The guide will contact you by phone or SMS between 15:00 and 20:00 the day before departure (extended to 21:30 during holidays). Please keep your phone accessible. If you haven't been contacted by the latest specified time, please call the 24-hour service number provided in your booking confirmation SMS or contact our online customer support.
2. For orders placed between 23:30-00:30 the day before departure, if you haven't received notification from our guide due to the late booking time, please promptly call the 24-hour service number provided in your booking confirmation SMS. Thank you for your cooperation.
Note
During holidays such as Lunar New Year, Labor Day, and National Day, there is heavy traffic on highways. To avoid peak travel times, the departure time will be earlier. To save time, door-to-door pickup service will not be provided. Please proceed to the meeting point on your own. Thank you for your cooperation.
Ticket Deals and Refunds
From December 1, 2025 to February 28, 2026, Yuntai Mountain Scenic Area will implement off-peak season pricing for admission tickets.
Visitors with half-price ID cards are not eligible for additional admission ticket discounts, while those with free admission IDs can receive a discount of 30 CNY per person.
Please present your discount ID to the guide on the day of travel. If you meet the attraction's discount criteria, the guide will refund the discounted amount on-site.
