Our tour guide, Xiao Zheng, was very responsible. The small group was comfortable and flexible, and we were very satisfied with the itinerary. We saw all the sights we wanted to see, and the weather was perfect for photos. Xiao Zheng's explanations were professional and engaging. He even taught us how to offer incense, how to use incense sticks, and how to paint Bodhi seeds. Painting fans was also very interesting; my mother, who is over 60, followed along and painted beautifully.★

Our tour guide, Ms. Zheng (who's a bit chubby), was incredibly kind. The itinerary was well-organized, and her explanations were very detailed and interesting. She seemed to have at least studied Song Dynasty history. Most importantly, her photography skills were amazing! I hope I can meet her again next time I have the chance.★

Our driver, Mr. Xie, is a true Hangzhou native. He introduced us to the city, its culture, and its history along the way, knowing every scenic spot like the back of his hand. It was clear he deeply loved the city and encouraged us to pay attention to the changes brought about by urban development. The ecological environment of Xixi Wetland, the traditional dwellings of ancient villages, the tranquility of Longjing Village, and the cool serenity of Jiuxi Eighteen Streams—all these offered opportunities to escape the crowds and experience the beauty of nature in a single day.★

Because I was traveling from Wenzhou to Hangzhou with colleagues to catch a flight, I booked this one-day tour around West Lake two days in advance, taking advantage of a spare moment. Overall, it was a very good experience. Due to the bad weather in Hangzhou and occasional heavy rain, coupled with a large number of tourists, the tour guide adjusted the itinerary based on the weather and traffic conditions. At the last stop, the rain became so heavy that we had to ask the tour guide to cancel the tour and go back to the hotel to rest! The entire experience was excellent. From the initial contact with Mr. Jacky from China Memory Trip International Travel Agency (the supplier on Trip.com), who confirmed our desired itinerary and discussed alternatives, making us feel valued, to the excellent vehicle arrangement and driver, and the attentive tour guide Miss Si who provided continuous explanations and made thoughtful arrangements throughout the trip, this was a highly recommended experience!
