How to use

1. Arrive at the agreed gathering place in advance according to the information on the confirmation form.

2. Follow the tour guide for a cycling tour.

3. After the activity, return to the starting point and disperse the group on your own.

Change & cancellation policies

If a cancellation request is submitted before 01:00, 100 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.

If a cancellation request is submitted before 01:00 5 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 10% will be charged.

If a cancellation request is submitted before 01:00 2 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 50% will be charged.

If a cancellation request is submitted after 01:00 2 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.

If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.

Important note

1. The meeting point is Calle Trajano, 6, 41002 Sevilla, located near the old town of Seville.

2. The activities are divided into midday riding (departing at noon) and sunset riding (departing in the evening). You can choose when placing an order. Departure times vary in different seasons, please refer to the information on the confirmation form.

3. Cycling activities mainly focus on appreciating the cityscape and urban landmarks. The tour guide will choose some places along the way to stop briefly for explanations, but will not enter the interior of the scenic spots.

4. The cycling route may be adjusted due to factors such as season, weather or traffic. Please refer to the actual arrangement of the tour guide on the day of the event.
