How to get there

- Exit from Exit 3 of Dongbaek Station on Subway Line 2, walk straight, turn left, and enter "Haeundae Haebyeon-ro". Enter the entrance, walk straight to the left, and proceed to GATE 8.

※ For those who have selected the transfer service, please arrive at "GATE8" at least 15 minutes before the experience time.

How to use

1. After purchase, confirm the e-voucher sent via email/app.

※ The confirmation voucher will be sent after the experience provider confirms your booking.

2. Please arrive at the experience venue at least 10 minutes in advance.

3. Fill out the boarding declaration form after presenting your voucher

4. Follow the staff's instructions for the experience.

Change & cancellation policies

If a cancellation request is submitted before 16:00, 7 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.

If a cancellation request is submitted before 16:00 4 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 30% will be charged.

If a cancellation request is submitted before 16:00 1 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 50% will be charged.

If a cancellation request is submitted after 16:00 1 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.

Cancellation is not allowed once the product is activated.

If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.

Partial refund is not available.

To change the date or time, please cancel your booking and book again.

Important note

Children under 36 months can ride for free, but please make sure to bring a passport.

2. There is no age limit when accompanied by a parent/guardian; individuals under 18 must be accompanied by a parent/guardian to participate.

3. If the experience cannot be provided due to weather conditions or other special circumstances on the day, a full refund will be issued.

Smoking is strictly prohibited on board. Violators will be required to pay fines on the spot.

Group ride experience

1. During summer, the sunset cruise departs at 7 PM, while the night view cruise starts at 8 PM.

2. The fireworks display may be canceled due to weather conditions.

3. You can bring simple snacks on board, but strongly scented foods are not allowed.
