What is the difference between travel photography and studio photography?
The travel and photography services offered by our store are all one-on-one services provided by photographers, which is completely different from the studio model.

What are the qualifications of a photographer/videographer?
Our photographers are all experienced travel photographers, using full-frame SLR cameras, Canon series/Sony series/Nikon series and other SLR cameras, and professional software for photo editing and color adjustment.
When will the album be released?
The photos will be sent to your email or network disk 24 hours (excluding the day) after the shooting is completed. Please download them in time and the store will keep them for free for one month.
There are also package for collecting pictures on site, please consult customer support.
Where is the free door-to-door area?
The photographer will come to you for free within 15 kilometers from the city government. Please consult customer support for the tolls beyond the range.
· [What should I do if the weather forecast says it will rain?]
We use the actual weather one hour before the photo shoot as a reference, not the weather forecast, because it is not accurate.
· [Do you provide costumes?]
The travel photography service model has completely moved closer to Europe and the United States. Wear your own clothes, shoot in your own style, don't be a shadow of others, and find your true beauty (∩_∩).
· [Can I cancel the photoshoot if something happens?]
If it rains on the day of the shoot, the shoot can be rescheduled or refund. If the shoot cannot be completed due to other personal reasons or if the schedule changes, the shoot can be rescheduled or refunded according to the platform's rules. Shooting is still possible on cloudy days.
How long in advance do I need to book?
It is recommended that you place the order at least one week in advance. You can set the date and place the order at the latest on the same day (please consult customer support).
How do we get the photos?
The photos are in electronic format and will be sent to you in the dialog box after they are finished. If you want to print them, you can search for many photo processing shops on other websites. They are good quality and cheap, and free shipping to your home.
· [When is the best time to take photos?]
The shooting hours are from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM and 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM. The mornings are generally brighter and the children are in better spirits. The afternoons are more relaxing and enjoyable.
What should I do if I am not satisfied with the photos?
After the photo shoot is completed on the day, you can view the photos on the camera and confirm receipt if you are satisfied. If you are not satisfied, please inform customer support immediately and the money will be refunded and the photos will be deleted on the spot.

If you don't have time to review the photos the same day, please inform customer support immediately. They can be viewed online with a watermark. If you're not satisfied, you can get a full refund. Once the photos are confirmed to be correct and the watermark-free images are sent to you, no refunds will be given. Please use this service as agreed to avoid unnecessary losses for both parties.
[Tip] Our store may use some customer photos as samples for display. If you mind, please inform us in advance, or inform us afterwards and we will remove them from the shelves immediately.
