Refund Policy
Dear customer:
The adult option price in this itinerary is a packaged promotional rate offered by the travel agency (a discounted price calculated based on the overall itinerary). If you hold an attraction-recognized discount ID or if a child was mistakenly selected as an adult option, please note:
1. Refund policy: Our agency will issue refunds based on the published preferential travel agency price difference, not the original listed price of the attraction admission ticket.
2. Advance notice: By placing an order, you agree to this refund policy. Please carefully review your options before submitting your booking.
Refund policy for attraction admission tickets included in the itinerary:
1. China West Film Studio: Full refund of 55 CNY for admission ticket, 25 CNY refund for half-price ticket
2. The Western Xia Mausoleum: Full admission ticket refund 0 CNY, half-price ticket refund 0 CNY
3. Helan Mountain Rock Painting: Full admission ticket refund CNY 30, half-price ticket refund CNY 0
During the peak season (Apr 1-Oct 31), refunds will be processed at the standard rates mentioned above. During the off-peak season (Nov 1-Mar 31), refund policies are subject to attraction adjustments. Please contact customer support for details.
Note: If a refund is required, it will be processed on-site by the driver-guide on the day of travel!
