The amount of the virtual gift card can be used multiple times. Once the remaining balance is deducted to NT$0, the card can no longer be used.

This gift card can be redeemed at all FamilyMart convenience stores across Taiwan, but cannot be used for payment collection services or non-invoice-issued consignment products/services (such as various bill payments, tickets, and EasyCard top-ups). FamilyMart Gift Card Transfer to Fami Wallet Instructions
Starting from May 12, 2021, gift cards can be transferred to Fami Wallet. Once transferred, the gift card will be considered fully redeemed and cannot be returned to the original card.
Special specification and restricted function gift cards (such as corporate program cards, precious cards, etc.) cannot be transferred to Fami Wallet.
The maximum amount for transferring gift cards to Fami Wallet is 5,000 CNY.
After transferring the gift card to the Fami Wallet, the payment method will be the same as using a gift card directly. However, it cannot be used for certain products/services including consignment payments, tobacco products, entrusted sales items, and non-invoiced agency sales (such as bill payments, ticket purchases, and EasyCard top-ups). In compliance with IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards) and tax regulations, starting from late February 2023, the following four categories will be classified as entrusted sales items (where payments are considered consignment funds) and cannot be paid with Fami Gift Card Wallet: game point cards (including virtual points), home delivery services, telecom prepaid cards, and international express services. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.
For returns or exchanges after using Fami Wallet for payment, please bring the original transaction details. Refunds will be credited back to the original Fami Wallet only, and cash refunds are not available.
