Refund Policy:
Height is not considered, only age. No additional fees required.
Children under 18 can directly purchase kid's meal packages.
Seniors 65 years old and over can directly purchase the senior package.
Visitors who purchase child and senior packages are not eligible for refunds or additional charges as they have already benefited from the free ticket policy.
Half-price ticket groups:
1. Visitors aged 18 and above who are full-time undergraduate students or below can enjoy half-price tickets by presenting their original student ID or proof of student status (such as exam admission tickets, enrollment notices, or student status verification from the China Higher Education Student Information website). (Excludes postgraduate and adult education students.)
2. Visitors aged 60 to 64 can enjoy a half-price discount by presenting their ID card, with a discount of 30 CNY per person. Refunds will be processed on the day of your visit.
Free admission (excluding age-based exemptions): Military officers, firefighters, veterans with concession cards, and disabled individuals with valid certificates are eligible for free admission.
Other eligible individuals for free admission (excluding age-based criteria) who have purchased adult packages can receive a refund of CNY 80 per person on the day of travel.
Visitors holding active military officer certificates, retired concession certificates, disability certificates, or student IDs must contact customer support or inform the service personnel one day before the trip to declare your concession ID for eligibility. Admission tickets are procured one day in advance, and presenting concession IDs on the day of travel will not qualify for any discounts. Thank you for your understanding!
